You have to wonder if the people who design these use their product. There is no excuse for creating a belt clip design that is odd to operate with one hand. Shame on you Seidio. The phone is prone to slipping from your hands when releasing it. And having the phone face in towards your body and preventing you from seeing the screen when clipped to your belt is plain ridiculous. I don’t care what silly reason they had to turn the phone around. And the swiveling mechanism is so stiff it’s completely useless. I swear the people who design this clip have no idea how they are used. The case itself isn’t bad, though it does nothing to protect the screen, but the belt clip itself is going directly to the garbage after I’m done fuming.

Dont waste your time buying junk, Spend the extra money and buy quality! This is a very nice design for the HTC EVO phone. You cant go wrong buying this product!

When I bought my Evo at the Sprint store I had to get a case because my job is not easy on my phones. I picked up the body glove one that was available there and it was kinda cheesy. I needed something though… I prefer to have my phone on my belt during work, not in my pocket. Before the evo I had my touch pro2 in a leather pouch which was ok with me.
When I got this case/holster combo I was immediately impressed with the overall feel of the case. It slid onto the phone very nicely, and comes apart easily when you want it to. The body glove case had to be pried up and I almost felt like the phone had a chance to be damaged during the unsnapping. Not the case with this one…
Also, the holster is absolutely a perfect match. It is secure, and it keeps the phone very close to you. I am very happy with this combo.
Yesterday I had my phone plugged into the charger and it was sitting in my desk. I accidentally kicked the cord and the phone swung violently off the desk and landed on its upper right corner. The case did crack, but the phone remains in perfect condition. It’s a small crack and I am still using the case and holster with no problems. it saved my phone. If you have an evo, buy this Seidio case. If you want your evo on your belt, buy this combo, you’ll be glad you did.

Good combination for those who like to slip their phone in their jeans pockets but need a belt holster when wearing dress pants or khakis. The skin prevents accidental app activations and easily slips in a pocket, unlike silicone types which are too tacky. Also gives a little better “feel” to the phone, doesn’t affect the kickstand and protects the camera lens.

I bought the Platinum brand case from Best Buy which is simply a repackaged Seido Innocase II, and it was cheaper at Best Buy for only $25.00. The case is magnificent especially with the holster, The holster allows me to have easy, quick, one handed access to my phone while discreetly covering it underneath my t-shirt. The holster also allows me to carry my phone while wearing athletic shorts and not have my phone bouncing like crazy in my pocket.If you do so choose to carry it in pocket then it easily comes out and does not cling to your pocket thus pulling your entire pocket out of your jeans. I have already dropped it hard on wooden floors and not a single scratch nor did the case pop off. It also keeps the screen and camera lens elevated, protecting the glass surfaces from possible scratches. Does exactly what it is intended for, however the power button is a bit more difficult to press, negligible imo. The pros far outweigh the cons so I rate it 5 stars.
